I played at Smokace Casino and won €2000. After requesting two withdrawals of €1000 each, my (VIO1982) was suddenly closed without warning. The casino later claimed that I had “duplicate s” (referring to other s supposedly belonging to someone else I know) and used this as an excuse to confiscate my winnings. I clearly operated only my personal with my own personal details. The casino accepted my deposits and allowed me to play, but decided to close my only after I won a significant amount — which shows very bad faith and abusive behavior. Smokace Casino is operating without a valid license since Gaming Curacao ceased operations in August 2024, making this situation even worse. I strongly advise players to stay away from this casino, as they do not respect fair play or their own and conditions.

I tried to close my as I didn't win anything on their casino site over a long period. When I wrote in there chat, the agent tried to persuade me not to close my but ended up directing me to an email address to write to, I sent my request to their email, 3 different employees tried over 2 days to persuade me not to close my again. The can also get a bonus on the site, if you write a 5 star review here on trustpilot, which is rigged. This site is SCAM and their RTP is extremely poor. Stay away

I submitted a GDPR data access request yesterday. Instead of complying with the request, my was banned without any explanation. I guess this speaks for their approach to GDPR compliance.
